Installation Procedure
Note: Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual for the fluid capacities and for the filling procedures. Refer to Systems Operation/Testing and Adjusting, "Braking System Air - Purge".Note: Before installation, apply 5P-3413 Pipe Sealant to the external threads.

Install air over hydraulic cylinder (3). Install the three washers and three bolts (4) on the bracket. The weight of the cylinder is 25 kg (55.1 lb).
Install hose assembly (1) and the tee.
Remove O-ring seal (14) and fitting (13). Install O-ring seal (12). Connect hose assembly (11).
Install O-ring seal (10) and fitting (9).
Connect O-ring seal (8). Install hose assembly (7).
Connect O-ring seal (6). Install hose assembly (5).
Repeat Steps 1 through 6 for remaining air over hydraulic cylinder (2).
Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Starting with an External Air Supply" in order to refill the air tank. End By:
Install the double check valve (rear air over hydraulic cylinder). Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Check Valve (Air/Hydraulic Cylinder) - Remove and Install" for the correct procedure.
Install the overstroke switch of the VIMS for the rear air over hydraulic cylinder.
Disconnect the retaining cable. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Truck Body Retaining Cable - Remove and Install" for the correct procedure.
