Disassembly Procedure
Start By:
Remove the implement pump. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Vane Pump (Implement) - Remove".

Remove splined coupler (1) , if necessary.

Remove O-ring seal (3) .
Remove four bolts (2) and remove flange (4) .

Remove O-ring seal (5) .
Remove two lip seals (7) and two retaining rings (6) from flange (4) .

Remove four bolts (11) from adapter (9) .
Separate adapter (9) from cover (8) . Remove the O-ring seal from adapter (9) .
Remove four bolts (10) from cover (8) .
Separate body (12) from cover (8) .

Remove shaft (14) and bearing (13) from body (12) .

Note: Record direction of arrow on ring of cartridge (17) for installation.
Remove retaining ring (15) and remove carrier assembly (16) .
Separate cartridge assembly (17) from body (12) .

Remove retaining ring (18) from body (12) .

Remove four O-ring seals (19) and four backup rings (20) from cartridge assembly (17) . The O-ring seals and backup rings are on both ends of the cartridge assembly.

Remove snap ring (21) from shaft (14) .

Use a suitable press to remove bearing (13) from shaft (14) .
