Install the O-ring seals on cover (35) and on fitting (36). Install fitting (36) on cover (35) .
Install valve stem (32), retainer (33), spring (34) and cover (35) in the main control valve.

Install the O-ring seal on cover (28). Install valve (29), spring (30), the shims and plug (31) in cover (28) .
Install valve spool (24), spring (25), O-ring seal (26), seat (27) and cover (28) in the main control valve.

Install O-ring seal (21) on plug (20). Install valve (23), spring (22) and plug (20) in the main control valve.

Install washer (15), retainer (16), spring (17) and retainer (18) on bolt (19) .
Put 9S-3263 Thread Lock Compound on the threads of bolt (19). Install bolt (19) on valve stem (14) .

Install valve stem (14) in the main control valve.

Install the O-ring seal on each plug (10). Install ball (13), seat (12), spring (11) and plug (10) on each side of housing (9) .

Install housing (9) on the main control valve.

Use a press and Tooling (A) to install bearing (8) in lever housing (1). Make sure that the side of the bearing with the cover is facing outward.

Use a press and Tooling (A) to install bearing (7) in lever housing (1) .
Use a press and Tooling (A) to install seal (6) on lever housing (1). Make sure that the sealing lip is facing toward the inside of the lever housing. Put clean hydraulic oil on the sealing lip.

Install the keys on shaft (5). Install lever (3) on shaft (5) .
Put lever (4) in position in the lever housing. Slide shaft (5) and lever (3) in position. Tighten the bolt that holds lever (4) to the shaft.

Install the O-ring seal, the gasket and cover (2) on lever housing (1) .

Install lever housing (1) on the main control valve. Make sure that lever (4) engages with valve stem (14) so that lever (3) is positioned toward the main control valve, as shown.End By: Install the main control valve. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Main Control Valve - Install".
