Prevent the machine from movement. Park the machine on a level surface.Attach a "Do Not Operate" warning tag to the start switch before you service the equipment. These warning tags (Special Instruction, SEHS7332) are available from your Caterpillar dealer.
Keep all parts clean from contaminants.Contaminants may cause rapid wear and shortened component life.

Secure two supports (4) and (5) to the existing blocks welded to stick using four bolts (14) and four washers (13) .

Assemble adapter (8) and manifold (1) to tube assembly (7) using one O-ring (10) to seal.

Secure assembled manifold (1) to the existing support. Use bolts (15), and washers (11) .
Secure the length of tube assembly (7) to supports (4), and (5). Use four clips (2), four bolts (12), and four washers (13) .

Attach hose assembly (9) to tube assembly (7) using one O-ring (10) to seal.
Repeat step 1 through step 5 for the medium-pressure stick line on the left-hand side.
Tighten all hardware and fittings to proper torque unless otherwise specified. Refer to Specifications, SENR3130, "Torque Specifications".
