Removal Procedure
Start By:
Remove the piston pump (implement).
Remove the bottom guards.
Personal injury can result from hydraulic oil pressure and hot oil.Hydraulic oil pressure can remain in the hydraulic system after the engine has been stopped. Serious injury can be caused if this pressure is not released before any service is done on the hydraulic system.Make sure all of the work tools have been lowered to the ground, and the oil is cool before removing any components or lines. Remove the oil filler cap only when the engine is stopped, and the filler cap is cool enough to touch with your bare hand.

Disconnect hose assemblies (1), (3), and (4). Remove clips (2).

Disconnect hose assemblies (5) and harness assembly (6). Remove clips (7) and (8). Reposition the hoses away from the pump.

Disconnect hose assemblies (9) and (10).

Disconnect hose (11) and hose assembly (13). Remove fittings (12).

Disconnect five hose assemblies (14) from the piston pump (hydrostatic).

Disconnect hose assembly (15) from the bottom of the piston pump (hydrostatic).

Cab removed for photographic purposes
Support the engine from below the machine. The weight of the engine is approximately 823 kg (1815 lb).
Attach a suitable lifting device to piston pump assembly (hydrostatic) (16). The weight of piston pump assembly (hydrostatic) (16) is approximately 224 kg (494 lb).

Remove bolts (17), (18), (19), and (20).
Remove 12 bolts (21) and piston pump assembly (hydrostatic) (16).Installation Procedure
Install piston pump assembly (hydrostatic) (16) in the reverse order of removal.
Tighten bolts (19) and (20) to a torque of 950 50 N m (701 37 lb ft).
