COVER-OIL PUMP 3S4327 - Caterpillar

1. Disconnect cables (1) from the lower handle. 2. Remove screws (2) and panel (3) from the cab door. 3. Disconnect rod (5) from bellcrank (4). 4. Remove nut (7), the washer, lock (6) and lower handle (8) from the cab door. 5. Bend lock (10) away from the nut.6. Remove retaining ring (9) from the lock assembly. 7. Remove nut (13), lock (10), washer (14), lock assembly (12) and ring (11) from lower handle (8). 8. Remove bolt (16), washer (17), bellcrank (4) and washers (15) from the cab door. 9. Remove spacer (18) from bellcrank (4). 10. Remove two bearings (19) from bellcrank (4). 11. Remove screws (21) and plate assembly (20) from the cab door. 12. Remove the cotter pin, pin (24) and cable (1) from lever (22).13. Remove lever (22) from upper handle assembly (23).14. Remove the two screws and upper handle assembly (23) from the plate assembly.15. Remove pin (24) and cable (1) from lever (22).Install Cab Door Handle Assembly
1. Put upper handle assembly (3) in position in the plate assembly and install screws (5) that hold it.2. Install lever (2) on upper handle assembly (3).3. Put cable (6) in position on lever (2) and install pin (4) and cotter pin (1) that hold it. 4. Install plate assembly (7) on the cab door. 5. Use tool group (A) and install the two bearings in bellcrank (8). Install the bearings so each bearing is even with the outside surface of the bellcrank. 6. Install spacer (9) in bellcrank (8). 7. Install washer (10), bellcrank (8), washer (12), washer (11) and bolt (13) on the cab door. 8. Install ring (17) on lock assembly (18).9. Install lock assembly (18) in lower handle (14). Install washer (20), lock (16), nut (19) and retaining ring (15) that hold the lock assembly in place.10. Bend the tab of lock (16) against nut (19). 11. Put lower handle (14) in position on the cab door and install lock (21) that holds it. 12. Install the washer and nut (22) that hold the lock to the lower handle.13. Connect rod (23) to bellcrank (8). 14. Install panel (24) on the cab door. 15. Connect cables (25) to the lower handle.
