Fuel Level (1) - The fuel level gauge indicates the amount of fuel that remains in the fuel tank.
Running out of fuel can cause engine damage. Do not continue to operate the machine when critically low on fuel.
Hydraulic Oil Temperature (2) - The gauge indicates the temperature of the hydraulic oil in the hydraulic oil tank for the steering and implement hydraulic circuits. If the pointer enters the red zone, the hydraulic system oil is approaching 82°C (180°F). If necessary, reduce the load that is on the machine until the hydraulic oil temperature decreases. If the temperature continues to rise, the warning alarm will sound. Stop the machine in a safe place and investigate the cause. Do not operate the machine if the alarm continues to sound, or if the pointer is completely in the red zone.
Engine Coolant Temperature (3) - The water temperature regulator begins to open at 82 3°C (180 5°F). The water temperature regulator is fully open at 98°C (208°F). If the pointer just enters the red zone, the coolant temperature is 108°C (225°F). Increased temperatures will sound the warning alarm. Machine operation during the sounding of the warning alarm may damage the engine. Also, machine operation with the pointer in the red zone may damage the engine. Stop the machine in a safe place and investigate the cause.
Engine Oil Pressure (4) - If the pointer enters the red zone, the oil pressure is 69 kPa (10 psi). The alarm will sound, and the engine should be stopped immediately. Stop the machine in a safe place and investigate the cause.
Voltmeter (5) - The voltmeter indicates different conditions within the electrical system.

If the engine start switch key is in the ON position and the engine is not running, a reading in the first red zone (A) indicates a dead battery.If the engine start switch key is in the ON position and the engine is not running, a reading in zone (B) indicates that the battery is not fully charged.If the engine start switch key is in the ON position and the engine is not running, a reading in the first green zone (C) indicates a fully charged battery.Note: The engine must be accelerated above 1200 rpm at the initial start-up in order for the alternator to charge. The engine should be accelerated up to 1500 rpm before being allowed to idle for an extended period of time. This will allow charging to occur.If the engine is running, a reading below the second green zone (D) indicates that the alternator is not producing enough voltage in order to charge the battery as current is supplied to the accessories.If the engine is running, a reading in the second red zone (E) indicates that the alternator is overcharging the battery.If the pointer is in the first green zone or either red zone and the engine is running, consult any CLAAS dealer.
