Remove engine.

Remove oil drain plug (1). Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Engine Oil and Filter - Change" for the correct draining and filling procedure.
Remove bolts (2). Remove engine oil pan (3) .Installation Procedure

The pattern of application of sealant to the engine oil pan.
Install engine oil pan (3) in the reverse order of removal.
Apply a continuous bead of Tooling (A) to the mating surface of engine oil pan (3) on the inside of the bolt holes. The bead of Tooling (A) should be approximately 2.00 mm (0.080 inch) in diameter.
Tighten bolts (2) to a torque of 10 N m (89 lb in).
Tighten oil drain plug (1) to a torque of 35 N m (26 lb ft).
