Keep all parts clean from contaminants.Contaminants may cause rapid wear and shortened component life.
Apply Tooling (A) to the turbocharger mounting studs on the exhaust manifold.

Attach a suitable lifting device to turbocharger (10). The weight of turbocharger (10) is approximately 27 kg (60 lb). Position the gasket and turbocharger (10) on the exhaust manifold.Note: The gasket must be replaced with a new gasket.
Install nuts (9). Tighten nuts (9) to a torque of 54 5 N m (40 4 lb ft).

Connect tube assembly (8) .
Tighten clamp (7) to a torque of 10 0.7 N m (7 0.5 lb ft).

Connect hose assembly (6) .
Install elbow (5) and tighten clamps (4) to a torque of 12 1 N m (9 0.7 lb ft).
Connect hose assemblies (3) .
Install elbow (2) and tighten clamps (1) to a torque of 12 1 N m (9 0.7 lb ft).
Fill the cooling system. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Cooling System Coolant (ELC) - Change" for the proper filling procedure.End By: Separate the steering frame lock. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Steering Frame Lock - Separate and Connect".
