Keep all parts clean from contaminants.Contaminants may cause rapid wear and shortened component life.

Attach a suitable lifting device to bogie (8).
Install bogie (8) on the pendulum arm. The weight of the bogie is approximately 590 kg (1300 lb). Install bolts (7) and the washers.Note: Do not install a total of four washers on bolts (7). This allows clearance for the hose fittings on the travel motor near hose assemblies (3).
Connect chain (6) to the bogie.
Remove Tooling (B).

Connect hose assembly (5) and hose assembly (4) to the travel motor.
Connect hose assemblies (3) to the travel motor.

Install cover (2) and screws (1).

Typical Example
The final drives have been removed for photographic clarity.
Raise the machine.
Remove Tooling (A).
Remove Tooling (C). Refer to Tool Operating Manual, NEHS1303 , "Lift Group (Stand - 25 Ton)" for more information on Tooling (C).
Fill the bogie with oil. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Bogie Oil - Change".End By:
Install both tires and rims on the bogie. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Tire and Rim (Bogie) - Install".
