11 262-4744 Baffle Assembly 11. Remove the fresh air filter door.2. Install the 262-4742 Baffle (item 9) withthe cut out to the bottom of the filter. See photo 1. Photo 13. Install the 262-4743 Seal (item 10) on the262-4744 Baffle Assembly (item11). See Photo 2. Photo 24. Install two 8C-6368 Screws (item 8)to the262-4744 Baffle Assembly (item 11). Secure the screws with the 2R-2376Washers (item7). See Photo 2.5. Install the 262-4744 Baffle Assembly againstthe 262-4742 Baffle and secure with the 8C-6368 Screws. See Photo 3 &4. Photo 3 Photo 4 Photo 56. Remove the two bolts holding the heat shieldand brace. Remove the heat shield to gain access to the exhaust pipe. SeePhoto 5.7. Place the 276-8707 Seal on the top of thecooling package cover. The edge of the seal must touch the back of thecab. The large cut out fits the Radiator fill area.Use tape to hold the seal in place. Illustration 18. Use a 3.5 mm (9/64 inch) drill bit to drill12 holes in the top of the cooling package cover using the seal as a locaterfor the holes. Photo 69. Install the six 276-8706 Plates (item 3)using the twelve 187-7719 Screws (item 1). See photo 6. Photo 710. Install the 276-8708 Cover (item 5) withthe opening to the rear. Use a 3.5 mm (9/64 inch) drill bit to drill 11holes evenly in the top of the cooling package cover using the Cover (item5)as a locater for the holes. Secure the cover with eleven 187-7719 Screws(item 1) and 9X-6165 Washers (item 6). See Photo 8. Photo 8
