1 1 133-3359 Exhaust Manifold Before assembly, apply thin coat of 2P-2333 High Temperature Sealer to the OD of Male end manifold and ID of female end manifold .Remove excess sealer from the assembled joint.
2 12 106-1792 Taperlock Stud Torque to 35 5 N m (26 4 lb ft).
3 12 2N-2766 Locknut Before assembly, Apply Loctite C5A copper anti-seize to the threads and to the bearing surfaces.
Tighten the locknuts in the numerical sequence to 20 3 N m (177 27 lb in) that is shown in Illustration to 2.
Again tighten the locknuts in the numerical sequence to 50 5 N m (37 4 lb ft)that is shown in Illustration to 2.
4 1 375-8487 Exhaust Manifold Before assembly, apply thin coat of 2P-2333 High Temperature Sealer to the OD of Male end manifold and ID of female end manifold .Remove excess sealer from the assembled joint.
5 4 357-0351 Taperlock Stud Torque to 35 5 N m (26 4 lb ft).
6 2 9N-5085 Clamp Torque to 7.5 1.0 N m (66.4 8.9 lb in).
7 1 352-1149 Exhaust Manifold Before assembly, apply thin coat of 2P-2333 High Temperature Sealer to the OD of Male end manifold and ID of female end manifold .Remove excess sealer from the assembled joint.
