Install fuel line (3) onto the filter housing.

Install bolt (4) that connects the starter cable to the engine block.

Install line (6) and clip (5).

Install bolt (10) through the mounting bracket. Install nut (11) onto the bolt.

Install the belt onto the compressor pulley. Install bolt (9) onto the compressor.
Adjust the belt. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Air Conditioner Belt - Inspect/Adjust/Replace" for more information.
Connect connectors (5) to the compressor. Note: If the lines have been removed from the compressor the air conditioning system must be recharged. Refer to Service Manual, SENR 5664, "Air Conditioning and Heating Systems with R-134a Refrigerant".

Install hose (12). Install clamp (13).

Install clamp (14) onto hose (12) .

Install tube (17). Install bolts (16) onto the clamp that is attached to tube (17).

Install mounting bracket (22) with bolts and washers (23) .

Turn line (19) toward the engine. Tighten fitting (20) .
Connect connector (21) .

Install bolt (29) and the washer onto the clamp for the heater hoses.

Raise the guards and install the bolts., End By:
Install the radiator support. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly Manual, "Radiator Support - Remove and Install".
Install the cab. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly ManualRENR 3993, "Cab - Install".
