Install bolts (34) to elbow (35) .

Connect side braces (32) to each side.

Install lower fan guard (33). Install side panel (30) and connect hose (31) .

Use Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device to frame assembly (29). Install frame assembly (29). The weight of frame assembly (29) is approximately 45 kg (100 lb).

Install tube assembly (28) and bolts (27) .

Install harness assembly (24), tank (25), and bolts (26) .

Attach a suitable lifting device to door (23). The weight of door (26) is approximately 43 kg (95 lb). Install door (23) and bolts (22) .

Connect elbow (20). Install bracket (18), the bolts, and the U-bolt. Tighten clamp (19). Connect hose assembly (21) from the opposite side of the cooler.

Position bracket (16) and install bolts (15). Install hose (17) and cover (14).

Position door (13) and install bolts (12) .

Install brace (4) and panels (8) and (9). Connect hose (10) and elbow (3). Install hose (7) and install guards (5) and (6) .

Install guards (1) and (2).
Fill the coolant. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual for the correct procedure.
Fill the hydraulic oil cooler. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual for the correct procedure.End By:

Install the fan. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Fan - Remove and Install".
