1. Disconnect two hydraulic hose assemblies (1) from the parking brake.2. Disconnect two hydraulic hose assemblies (2) from the track motor. Put plugs in the openings of the hose assemblies.3. Fasten a hoist to the track roller frame.
Put a strap through the yoke and around the roller frame to make sure the idler and yoke assembly does not fall out of the roller frame. Serious injury can be the result.
4. Remove front four bolts (4) and rear four bolts (3) that hold the track roller frame to the carbody. Remove the track roller frame. The weight of the track roller frame is 3100 lb. (1395 kg).Install Track Roller Frame
1. Fasten a hoist and put track roller frame (1) in position on the machine.2. Install the eight bolts that hold the track roller frame to the carbody.3. Remove the plugs from the hose assemblies. 4.
