3. Remove the 238-6646 o-ring seal and the 231-9340 breather assembly.

4. Install the 232-3272 cover and 227-5538 o-ring in place of 238-6646 and 231-9340.

5. Remove the RH middle valve cover 238-9850 and install the 223-1993 valve cover.

6. Install 5P-8211 into the 292-5534 elbow.

7. Install 292-5534 elbow and o-ring to the 233-1993 valve cover, using two 126-0559 bolts.

8. Install the 162-2266 breather, 2N-8109 clamp, and 6V-3831 0-ring onto the 292-5534 elbow. Orient the breather toward the rear of the machine at the angle shown.

9. Install the RH 291-4422 tube. Use the hardware shown.

10. Cut a 485mm section of 5P-1255 hose and install between the 162-2266 breather and 291-4422 tube using 9M-2904 clamps. Adjust fumes tube and breather as needed to provide clearance around fuel lines, exhaust elbows, etc. Tighten until all clips and clamps into position.

11. Remove the 238-9850 LH rear valve cover and install the 223-1993 valve cover using the same parts and procedure as the Mid-RH valve cover. Orient the rear LH breather as shown.

12. Drill a 13.5mm hole in the 229-2689 bracket according to the location shown..

13. Install the 291-4424 LH tube using the hardware shown.

14. Cut a 95mm section of 5P-1255 hose and install between the 162-2266 breather and 291-4424 tube using the 9M-2904 clamps. Adjust fumes tube and breather as needed to provide clearance around fuel lines, exhaust elbows, etc. Tight all clips and clamps into position.

15. Cut a 70mm clearance hole in the 234-8778 barrier for the LH tube as shown and reinstall. Update Completed
