Track roller bolts need to be checked for proper torque and installation. Bolts could loosen if not checked. You will not be charged for the service performed.

Rework Procedure
Drop down the rollers and visually inspect the mating surfaces of both the roller and undercarriage frame. If any debris is seen, the surfaces will need to be cleaned. Reinstall roller and torque bolts to required specification. Reference Image 1.1.1 for the proper torque values.
