Improvements in the new software on certain 793F, 794 AC, 795F AC, and 797F Large Off-Highway Trucks are listed below:
Prevents the increase of occurrence count of an already active diagnostic after a key cycle.
Increased the data link diagnostic time to 300 seconds at start-up for the VIMS Main module to reduce the number of 800-09 diagnostic codes from being logged.Improvements on Certain 793F and 797F Large Off-Highway Trucks
Improvements in the new software on certain 793F and 797F Large Off-Highway Trucks are listed below:
Restricted the "Body Up Gear Limit" to first gear by default. The second and third gear options are no longer supported and first gear will be the default value.
Introduced "Hoist Raise Inhibit" feature. This new feature will restrict the body from being raised if the transmission is above first gear.
Removal of the "Body Up (E621)" active only event.
Improved logic for the "Body Up While Machine In Motion (E663)" event.The new level 2S logic will log the event when one of the following requirements are met:
The ground speed is above 13 km/h (8.1 mph) for 5 seconds.or
The loaded body is raised above 4 degrees and the ground speed is greater than 8 km/h (4.98 mph) for 5 seconds.Improvement on 795F AC Large Off-Highway Trucks
Improvement in the new software on 795F AC Large Off-Highway Trucks are listed below:
Updated Odometer value to roll over to zero when value reaches maximum of 320000 km (198838.4 miles) which allows for uninterrupted operation of the TKPH feature.The new and former software part numbers are listed in Table 1.
