Fasten a suitable lifting device to the fan. Rotate the fan drive assembly (32), as shown. Install the fan and the fan drive assembly (32). The weight of the fan and fan drive assembly is 91 kg (200 lb).

Install the washers, four bolts (29), and the nuts to the support assemblies (31) .
Install two support assemblies (31). Install the washers and six bolts (30) .

Install brace (28) .
Install bolt (27), the spacer, and the washer. Install the washer and the bolt to the other end of brace (28) .

Install brace (25). Install the washer, and bolt (26) .
Install bolt (24), the washer, and the spacer.
Install the fan guards.Reference: Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Fan Guards - Install and Install" in this manual.

Install left inner cooler tube (9). Install two hose clamps (23). Finish the installation for left inner cooler tube (9) in step 16.

Install the right inner cooler tube (19). Install two hose clamps (21). Install the washers and two bolts (20) .
Connect radiator hose (18) to the radiator. Install hose clamp (17) .
Connect overflow hose (16) to the radiator. Install hose clamp (15).
Install the washers and four bolts (14) .
Install four hose clamps (13) .

Install sheet (7) with the left inner cooler tube (9). Install the washers and two bolts (8) .
Install sheet (11). Install the washers and five bolts (6) .Note: Install the ether starting aid line with sheet (10). Refer to step 20 for the installation of the ether starting aid line.
Install the washers and four bolts (3) .
Install sheet (5). Install the washers and two bolts (4) .
