Remove Exhaust Elbow
start by:a) remove turbochargers (one side only)1. Disconnect the exhaust system from elbow (1).2. Fasten a hoist to elbow (1) and remove bolts (3). 3. Pull elbow (1) from the turbocharger and remove it from bracket (2). The weight of elbow (1) is 25 kg (55 lb.). 4. Remove bolts (4) and remove bracket (2) from the flywheel housing.Install Exhaust Elbow
1. Put bracket (1) in position on the flywheel housing and install the bolts to hold it. 2. Make sure coupling (2) is in position in the turbocharger. Fasten a hoist and put elbow (3) in position. Install the bolts to hold the elbow to bracket (1).3. Connect the exhaust system to elbow (3).end by:a) install turbochargers (one side only)
