PELJ1148-03 ?2011 Caterpillar CAT REMAN ANNOUNCES ADDITION OF COMPLETE ENGINES FOR C18 APPLICATIONS
C18 Related Announcement
Effective Jul 2011, Cat Reman is adding 4 complete engines to our product offerings supporting C18 applications. The attached chart shows the coverage available by Reman part number.
988H Clarification
The 20R-0184 engine is a direct replacement for the 225-6065 non-brake engine. The 20R-0184 is NOT a direct replacement for 225-6106 engine. However, it can be modified to work for the 225-6106 engine by installing the engine brakes and re-flashing with the latest software for the 225-6106 engine. The re-flashing with the latest software will match the horsepower to the 225-6106 engine.

We have just released a complete engine for the 988G Wheel Loader. The 20R0018 is a Reman equivalent of the 2354732 engine used in certain 988G Wheel Loaders.
