Clean the main caps by wiping with a clean, oiledrag or some other method to remove any loose debris.
Wipe down the connecting rods, pistons, and bottomend of the liners with a clean, oiled rag to remove any loose debris.
6.Stamp "D05" on the block adjacent to theserial number plate. The serial number plate is located on the left handside of the engine at the rear of the block.Appendix A
