Unhook latch (5) and open the engine compartment.

Remove locking pin (7). Raise support bar (6). Lock the support bar in position with the locking pin.

Remove bolts (9) and right side cover (8).
Assemble the tooling. Connect Tool (B) to Tool (C). Make two sets of Tool (B) and Tool (C). Connect Tool (B) to Tool (A).

Remove cap from port "Mb" (10). Connect one Tool (C) to the low amplitude pressure tap in port "Mb" (10) on the vibratory pump.

Remove cap from port "Ma" (11). Connect second Tool (C) to the high amplitude pressure tap in port "Ma" (11) on the vibratory pump. Set Tool (A) to "differential pressure".

Remove the plug from port "X1" (12) of the vibratory pump. Install Tool (E) in the "X1" port.
Remove the plug from port "X2" (13) of the vibratory pump. Install Tool (E) in the "X2" port.
Connect one end of Tool (D) to Tool (E) in port "X1" (12). Connect other end of Tool (D) to Tool (E) in port "X2" (13).

Disconnect solenoid electrical connectors (14).
Move engine start switch (4) to the START position. Release the switch when the engine starts.
Operate the engine at low idle for a few minutes. Use throttle control switch (3) to operate the engine in high idle.Note: Two things indicate when the engine is at high idle. First, "High Idle" will appear on the display. Second, the third LED next to throttle control switch (3) will be illuminated.
Monitor the hydraulic oil temperature with Tool (F). Operate the machine until the oil temperature reaches 38 °C (100 °F).
Read differential pressure on Tool (A). The differential pressure on the gauges should be less than 138 kPa (20 psi). If the differential pressure is less than 138 kPa (20 psi), go to Step 23. If the differential pressure is greater than 138 kPa (20 psi), go to Step 21.

Loosen locknut (15). Watch the differential pressure on Tool (A). If necessary, rotate adjustment screw (16) until the differential pressure is less than 138 kPa (20 psi).Note: The previous step adjusted the mechanical neutral setting of the servo piston,
Use throttle control switch (3) to operate the engine in ECO mode or in low idle.Note: Two things indicate when the engine is in ECO mode. First, "ECO" will appear on the display. Second, the second LED next to throttle control switch (3) will be illuminated. Two things indicate when the engine is at low idle. First, "Low Idle" will appear on the display. Second, the first LED next to the throttle control switch will be illuminated.
Move engine start switch (4) to the OFF position.
Remove Tool (A), Tool (B), and Tool (C) from port "Mb" (10) and port "Ma" (11) in the vibratory pump.
Remove Tool (D) from port "X1" (12) and from port "X2" (13).
Connect one Tool (C) to the test port installed in port "X1" (12). Connect second Tool (C) to the test port installed in
