Handle the parts in accordance with your Warranty Bulletin on warranty parts handling.
Rework Procedure
The 295-2042 Lines Gp-Fuel is being updated. The hoses will be bundled together in a grommet and raised higher above the hitch. A new and longer 295-2041 Hose Assembly will be used to accommodate the relocation. Also, the clips holding the fuel lines will be replaced with tighter fitting ones.

Refer to the Service Manual if/as necessary.
1) Park and secure the machine. Turn the master disconnect switch off.
2) Replace the 295-2041 Hose Assembly with a new one that has been currently built. The new hose assembly and build instructions have it 9cm longer then the previous one. The other hoses on the machine will be reused.
3) Remove the clips from the mounting bracket on top the hitch. Keep the two clips used to hold the harness and 254-0573 Hose Assembly, they will be reused later.
4) Use the new clips, B and D, as shown below and mount them to the higher two mounting locations on the bracket. The lower mounting locations will no longer be used on the bracket. Use bolts, D, to install them.
5) The 8T4121 Washers, D, are used in front of the P-clips, and between the P-clips and mounting bracket. Two more are used on the back side of the bracket under the mounting nuts.

6) Mount the harness and 254-0573 Hose on the other side of the bracket, reusing the clips that held them on before. Use hardware, E, to install them to the bolt, D, that protrudes through the bracket from earlier steps.
7) Next, replace the eight clips along the front of the hitch as shown below that hold the existing 295-2041 Hose Assembly and 295-6353 Hose Assembly. These are the two fuel lines.
8) When the clips and routings are complete, put the 5P8444 Grommet, A, over the three hoses. Do not bundle the harness in with the hoses in the grommet. Place the grommet directly over the vertical hitch pin and secure it closed with the two 7K1181 Straps.
