1     3     298-6977     Gears     148-4468    The new 298-6977 Gear replaces the former 148-4468 Gear in the 7D-2850 Final Drive Gp, 8X-9981 Final Drive Gp, 137-6821 Final Drive and Brake Wheel Ar, 247-5526 Final Drive Gp, 257-6306 Final Drive and Wheel Ar and 299-6861 Final Drive Gp. While you replace the former 148-4468 Gear with the new 298-6977 Gear, all the planetary gears in that particular final drive group must be replaced at the same time. The final drive group can be updated with the new planetary gears without replacing the ring gear, sun gear, or the planetary carrier.The new 298-6977 Gear is adaptable to the machines 63W1-UP, 7CS1-UP, 7ER1-UP, NBJ1-526, BDA1-UP, ASK1-133, EED1-1089, EXD1-109, 7XJ1-UP, 6KR1-UP, 8AS1-UP, BEC1-UP, EYG1-99 and DLS1-1077.The new 298-6977 Gear is effective in production with the machines NBJ527-UP, ASK134-UP, EED1090-UP, EXD110-UP, EYG100-UP and DLS1078-UP.
