Follow the proper troubleshooting steps available on SIS web. If the troubleshooting steps lead to a NOx sensor being replaced, submit a PSR, picture of the sensor installation, and any additional comments through the CPI Feedback function within SIMSi reference CPI 399461. Hold the replaced part as a Send it Back request will be generated.
