Install two valve assemblies (31). The valve assembly includes the valve body, the spring, and the spool. The torque for two valve assemblies (31) is 45 N m (33 lb ft).

Install two O-ring seals (29) and two fittings (30) .Note: The following step is for the assembly of body assemblies (19) and (20).

Install the following items in valve body (24) : two plunger shafts (27), coil assembly (28), sleeve (26), two plunger covers (25), two springs (23), two washers (22), the gaskets and two spacers (21) .Note: Make sure that you install each body assembly in the correct location. It is important to install each plunger capsule assembly in the original location during assembly.

Install the O-ring seals and two fittings (18) .
Install body assemblies (19) and (20) .

Install body assembly (17) and two screws (16). The torque for screws (16) is 5.5 N m (49 lb in).

Install eight wires in connector (14). Make sure that you install each wire in the correct location. It is important to install each wire in the original location.
Install wedge (15) in connector (14) .

Install clamp (12), bracket (13), and screw (11). The torque for screw (11) is 15 N m (11 lb ft).

Install pivot plate (9) .
Install pin (10) and spring clip (8) .

Adjust pivot plate (9) in order to allow gap (A) of 0.13 to 0.75 mm (0.005 to 0.030 inch) when the pivot plate is fully stroked.
