Remove bolt (6) and the clip. Place the electrical harness aside.

Remove two bolts (7) from the top of the hydraulic tank.

Remove two bolts (8), four bolts (9) and four bolts (10). Use the hoist to remove fender assembly (11). The weight of the fender assembly is 86 kg (190 lb).

Position Tooling (A) under the rear loader frame, as shown.
Use Tooling (A) to raise the rear of the machine so that the rear tires are off the ground.
Fasten suitable lifting slings and a hoist to the tire, as shown. Remove bolts (12) .
Use the hoist to remove the tire and the rim. The combined weight of the tire and of the rim is 340 kg (750 lb).Installation Procedure

Use suitable lifting slings and a hoist to position the tire and the rim, as shown. The combined weight of the tire and of the rim is 340 kg (750 lb).
Install bolts (12). The initial torque for bolts (12) is 570 80 N m (420 60 lb ft). Then turn bolts (12) by an additional 60 5 degrees.
Lower the machine. Remove Tooling (A) .

Use the hoist to install fender assembly (11). The weight of the fender assembly is 86 kg (190 lb). Install four bolts (10), four bolts (9) and two bolts (8) .

Install two bolts (7) in the top of the hydraulic tank.

Position the electrical harness. Install the clip and bolt (6) .

Connect two hoses (5) and two electrical connectors (4) to the windshield washer pumps.

Remove the hoist and the lifting slings from the guard rail.

Install ladder assembly (3) and four bolts (2) .

Remove wood blocks (1) from both sides of the machine.End By: Separate the steering frame lock. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Steering Frame Lock - Separate and Connect".
