Remove the drum scraper assembly. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Drum Scraper - Remove and Install".
Remove the drum propel motor. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Piston Motor (Drum Propel) - Remove".
Remove the vibratory motor. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Gear Motor (Vibratory) - Remove".

Attach a suitable lifting device to support assembly (2) .
Remove bolts (1) and bolts (3). Remove support assembly (2) from the machine. The weight of support assembly (2) is approximately 90 kg (198 lb).

Remove bolts (4) and remove plate (5) .

Use a screwdriver to remove retaining ring (6). Remove seal ring (7) .
Use Tooling (A) in order to separate support (10) from support (11) .
If necessary, remove bearing (8) and seal ring (9) from support (10) .

Remove suitable blocking (13) and remove drum (12) from the machine. The weight of the drum on the CB-214E is approximately 340 kg (750 lb). The weight of the drum on the CB-224E and CB-225E is approximately 385 kg (850 lb).
Position suitable blocking (13) on both sides of the drum.
