Assembly Procedure
Note: Cleanliness is an important factor. Before assembly, all parts should be thoroughly cleaned in cleaning fluid. Allow the parts to air dry. Wiping cloths or rags should not be used to dry parts. Lint may be deposited on the parts which may cause later trouble. Inspect all parts. If any parts are worn or damaged, use new parts for replacement.

Install O-ring seal (26), O-ring seal (27), and backup ring (28) to cartridge (25).
Install cartridge (25) to control valve (29). Tighten cartridge (25) to a torque of 30 3 N m (22 2 lb ft).
Repeat Step 1 and Step 2 in order to assemble cartridge (30).
Install O-ring seal (19), backup ring (20), O-ring seal (21), backup ring (22), O-ring seal (23), and backup ring (24) to cartridge (18).
Install cartridge (18) to control valve (29). Tighten cartridge (18) to a torque of 44 3 N m (32 2 lb ft).
Install O-ring seal (12), backup ring (13), O-ring seal (14), backup ring (15), backup ring (16), and O-ring seal (17) to cartridge (11).
Install cartridge (11) to control valve (29). Tighten cartridge (11) to a torque of 44 3 N m (32 2 lb ft).
Repeat Step 6 and Step 7 in order to assemble cartridge (32).
Install O-ring seal (4), backup ring (5), O-ring seal (6), backup ring (7), backup ring (8), O-ring seal (9), and backup ring (10) to cartridge (3).
Install cartridge (3) to control valve (29). Tighten cartridge (3) to a torque of 44 3 N m (32 2 lb ft).
Install coil (2) and nut (1) to cartridge (3).
Repeat Step 9 through Step 11 in order to assemble cartridge (31). End By:
Install the control valve (hopper hoist and tow point). Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Control Valve (Hopper Hoist and Tow Point) - Install".
