Attach Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device to support assembly (31). Install support assembly (31) and install bolts (32). The weight of support assembly (31) is approximately 80 kg (175 lb).
Install bolts (29) and (30) to support assembly (31). Repeat for the other side of the machine.

Install panel assembly (28) and install bolts (27) .

Close access door (26) .

Connect harness assembly (25) .

Install side panels (23) and (24) .

Attach a suitable lifting device to post assembly (19). Install post assembly (19) and access door (21) as a unit. The weight of post assembly (19) and access door (21) is approximately 34 kg (75 lb). Install bolts (22). Connect hose assembly (20) to post assembly (19) that secures the air filter service indicator.

Attach a suitable lifting device to post assembly (16). Install post assembly (16) and access door (17) as a unit. The weight of post assembly (16) and access door (17) is approximately 32 kg (70 lb). Install bolts (18).
Connect hose assembly (14). Connect harness assembly (15) to ether starting aid cylinder (13) and to post assembly (16).

Slide hose (8) into position (9) and tighten clamps (10). Install shield assembly (12) and install bolts (11). Repeat for the other side.

Install grill (6) and install bolts (7) .

Install panel (4) and install bolts (5) .

Install rail (2) onto the right side of the machine. Install bolts (1) and (3) .
Fill the cooling system. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Cooling System Coolant (ELC) - Change".
Turn the battery disconnect switch into the ON position.End By: Install the muffler. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Muffler - Remove and Install".
