Removal Procedure
Personal injury can result from the sudden release of high pressure oil.Be sure the engine has been shut off for a minimum of five minutes to be sure that the accumulator pressure is zero.The accumulator is filled with dry nitrogen. Do not loosen or remove the valve or cap from the top of the accumulator. A purge screw at the bottom of the accumulator can be used to release the pressure that is left in the system.

Remove bolts (2) and platform (1) from the right side platform assembly.

Remove bolts (5) and guard (3) from hydraulic oil tank (4).

Disconnect connectors (6) from brake accumulators (8). Remove bolts (7) and brake accumulators (8). The weight of each brake accumulator (8) is approximately 23 kg (50 lb). Installation Procedure

Install brake accumulators (8). The weight of each brake accumulator is approximately 23 kg (50 lb). Install bolts (7). Connect connectors (6) to brake accumulators (8).

Install guard (3) and bolts (5) to hydraulic oil tank (4).

Install platform (1) and bolts (2) onto the right side platform assembly.
