start by:a) remove lift cylinder 1. Remove bolts (1) and retainer (2) that hold the yoke in the bracket assembly. 2. Fasten strap (4) and a hoist to yoke (3). Remove yoke (3) from the bracket assembly. The weight of the yoke is 34 kg (75 lb.). 3. Remove bearings (5) from cap (6) and the yoke. 4. Install tooling (A) and remove bearing (7) from the bracket assembly. 5. Install tooling (B) and remove the inner bearing from the bracket assembly.Install Cylinder Mounting Group (814B)
1. Install the inner bearing in the bracket assembly with tooling (A). Install the bearing so the bottom of the bearing surface is even with the bottom of the bracket assembly. If necessary lower the temperature of the bearing before installation. 2. Install bearing (1) in the bracket assembly with tooling (B). If necessary lower the temperature of the bearing before installation. 3. Make an alignment of the openings on the cap and yoke with the notches on the bearings and install bearing (2). 4. Fasten strap (3) and a hoist to yoke (4). Install yoke (4) in the bracket assembly. Install the retainer and the bolts that hold the yoke in place.end by:a) install lift cylinder
