Remove the oscillating axle.

Position oscillating axle (1) onto suitable cribbing with yoke (2) pointing up.
Remove yoke (2).

Attach a suitable lifting device to front trunnion support (3). The weight of front trunnion support (3) is approximately 41 kg (90 lb). Use the suitable lifting device in order to remove front trunnion support (3).

Remove lip seal (4), lip seal (7), and retaining ring (5) from front trunnion support (3).
Use Tooling (A) and a suitable press in order to remove sleeve bearing (6) from front trunnion support (3). Installation Procedure
Install front trunnion support (3) in the reverse order of removal.

Apply Tooling (B) to lip seals (4) and (7) prior to assembly. Note the orientation of lip seals (4) and (7).
Use Tooling (A) and a suitable press in order to install sleeve bearing (6).
