Removal Procedure
Note: In some Illustrations components are removed or altered for the sake of clarity.
Articulate the machine to the left. Install wheel chocks on all four wheels. The wheel chocks will prevent movement. The articulation of the machine will allow access to the window wiper motor.
Move the battery disconnect switch to the OFF position. Disconnect both battery terminals.

Disconnect hose (2).
Raise covers (3).
Remove nuts (4).
Remove both wiper arm assemblies (1).Note: Check wiper arms (1) for wear.

Remove cover (5).
Remove covers (6).

Disconnect harness assembly (9). Remove nuts (7) and front wiper motor assembly (8).

Remove nut (10).
Remove bolts (11) and remove wiper motor (8) from the bracket assembly.Installation Procedure
Install front wiper motor (8) in the reverse order of removal.
Tighten nut (7) to a torque of 38 2 N m (28 2 lb ft).
Tighten nuts (4) to a torque of 24 1 N m (212 9 lb in). After 30 minutes, retighten nuts (4) to a torque of 24 1 N m (212 9 lb in).
