5. Remove plug (5) from each end of body (1). Remove shims (4) and the O-ring seal from plugs (5).6. Remove spring (3) and valve (2) from each end of body (1). 7. Remove seat (6) from each end of body (1). Remove the O-ring seals from the seats.Assemble And Install Steering Relief Valve (Direct Operated)
1. Put the O-ring seals in position on seats (2), and install the seats in each end body (1). 2. Install valve (3) and spring (4) in each end of body (1).3. Put the O-ring seal and shims (5) in position in plug (6). Install the plug in each end of body.4. Put the relief valve in position on the machine, and install the two bolts that hold it.5. Connect the four hoses to the relief valve.6. Fill the steering system hydraulic tank with oil to the correct level. See the Maintenance Guide.
