1 2 143-9392 Stud Use the following procedure in order to tightening the studs and the bolts as shown in the Illustration 1:
2 4 5P-8347 Bolt 1. Tighten to 19 1 N m (168 95 lb in).
2. Again, turn to reach the final turn angle of 30 1 degrees.
3. Final tightening torque should be 30 to 40 N m (22 to 30 lb ft).
3 1 9S-8004 O-Ring Plug Torque to 35 4 N m (26 3 lb ft).
4 1 9S-8005 O-Ring Plug Torque to 70 5 N m (52 4 lb ft).
5 1 9S-8003 Plug Torque to 20 2 N m (177 18 lb in).
6 1 143-9392 Stud Torque to 30 4 N m (266 35 lb in).
7 2 6V-5135 Socket Setscrew Torque to 25 2 N m (221 18 lb in).
8 1 9S-4180 Plug Torque to 4.5 0.5 N m (39.8 4.4 lb in).
9 1 104-6385 Stud Torque to 30 4 N m (266 35 lb in).
10 2 6V-3940 Bolt Torque to 30 4 N m (266 35 lb in).
11 1 294-3031 Special Bolt Torque to 9 1 N m (80 9 lb in).
12 3 8C-8545 Bolt Torque to 7.0 0.4 N m (62.0 3.5 lb in).
13 1 6V-5845 Bolt Before assembly, apply red Loctite 271 to the threads.
1. Tighten to 200 5 N m (148 4 lb ft) and rotate to 180 degrees counter clock wise.
2. Again tighten to 200 5 N m (148 4 lb ft).
3. Turn to reach the final turn angle of 31 2 degrees.
4. And final tightening torque should be 500 50 N m (369 37 lb ft).
