Turbocharger water line (1) Mounting hardware (2) Clip (3) Bolt
Remove clip (2) and retain mounting hardware (1) .
Remove bolt (3). Retain the bracket from behind bolt (3) .

Turbocharger oil line (4) Clip (5) Spacer (6) Bolt
Remove bolt (6). Discard both bolt (6) and spacer (5). Retain clip (4) .

Install heat shield (7) onto the cylinder head with bolts (8), hard washers (9), and spacers (10) .Note: The clip for the turbocharger oil line must be secured with bolt (8), washer (9), and spacer (10) at the front of the heat shield.

Reinstall the bracket that was retained from Step 2 with bolt (13), washer (9), and spacer (12) .
Attach clip (11) to the bracket that was installed in the previous step with the mounting hardware that was retained in Step 1.

Secure clip (4) with bolt (8), washer (9), and spacer (10) .
