Remove the tilt cylinder. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Bulldozer Tilt Cylinder - Remove and Install".

Raise the implement and install wood blocks under C-frame (1) so that C-frame (1) is approximately eight inches off the ground.

Install Tooling (A) on the bulldozer angle cylinder. This will support the angle cylinder after the blade is removed. Repeat the step for the angle cylinder on the opposite side of the machine.

Remove bolt (2) and retainer (3) .
Remove pin (4) from angle cylinder (5) . Mark the spacers and remove spacers (6) .
Repeat steps 3 and 4 for the angle cylinder on the opposite side of the machine.

Install Tooling (B) between upper bracket (7) on the bulldozer and the boss of C-frame (8) .

Attach Tooling (C) and a suitable lifting device to bulldozer (9) . Apply slight lifting force.
Install Tooling (D) to pin (10) and remove pin (10) .

Remove bolts (11) , retainer (12) , pin (13) , and yoke (14) .

Remove bulldozer (9) from the machine. The weight of bulldozer (9) is approximately 953 kg (2100 lb).

Use Tooling (E) in order to remove bearing (15) from upper bracket (7) .

Use Tooling (E) in order to remove bearing (16) from yoke (14) .
