start by:a) remove glow plugsb) remove fuel injection valves1. Drain the coolant from the cylinder heads. 2. Make a separation between the push rods and rocker arms with tool (A). Move the rocker arms to one side. 3. Remove valve bridges (1).4. Remove precombustion chambers with tool (B).Install Precombustion Chambers
1. Put liquid soap on the bore of the cylinder head and on seal (2).2. Put 9M3710 Anti-Seize Compound on the threads of precombustion chamber (1). Install chamber (1) and gasket (3) in the cylinder head. Tighten the precombustion chamber with tool (B) to a torque of 150 10 lb.ft. (205 7 N m). 3. Install bridges (4).4. Make a connection between the push rods and rocker arms with tool (A).5. Check the level of the coolant in the engine.end by:a) install fuel injection linesb) install glow plugs
