Information:

At operating temperature, the hydraulic oil tank is hot and under pressure. Hot oil can cause burns. Remove the filler cap on the hydraulic oil tank only when the engine is stopped, and the filler cap is cool enough to touch with your bare hand. Be sure all the hydraulic pressure is released before any fittings, hoses or components are loosened, tightened, removed or adjusted.
f. Carefully loosen the filler cap on the hydraulic oil tank to release the pressure.g. Carefully loosen the plugs at the rear of the tilt cylinder. When the oil from the loosened plugs stops draining, tighten the two plugs. To release the pressure in the attachment cylinders, carefully loosen the two large plugs near the plugs at the top of the loader frame. When the oil from the loosened plugs stops draining, tighten the two large plugs.h. Tighten the filler cap on the hydraulic oil tank.i. The pressure in the hydraulic system has now been released. 4. Support bucket positioner (2) as shown. Remove two bolts (1) and reposition bucket positioner (2) onto lift arm assembly (3). 5. Support tilt cylinder (4) as shown. Loosen set screws (5) and remove magnet (6). Remove pin assembly (7) and separate tilt cylinder from lever assembly (8). 6. Support lever assembly (8) and link assembly (10) as shown. Remove pin assembly (9) from link assembly (10) and lower link assembly (10) to the floor. 7. Support lever assembly (8) as shown. Remove pin assembly (11) and lever assembly (8). The weight of the lever assembly is 90 kg (200 lb). 8. Remove seal (12) and bearing (13) if necessary. Coat all bores for pins with 5P960 Multipurpose Grease including lift and tilt cylinders and bucket pin bores. Install in the reverse order.
