Information:

Attach Tooling (B) and a suitable lifting device to retarding contractor tray assembly (27) in order to install retarding contractor tray assembly (27) . The weight of retarding contractor tray assembly (27) is approximately 68 kg (150 lb).

Install bolts (28) .
Install bolts (29) . Tighten the bolts to a torque of 28 N m (21 lb ft).
Connect harness assemblies (29) .

Install panel (18) .
Use the following steps in order to install the retarding contactors:

Install retarding contactor (21) . Install the bolts for busbars (25) and install bolts (22) . Tighten the busbars bolts to a torque of 27.5 3 N m (20 2.2 lb ft).
Connect harness assembly (26) and (24) .
Push arch chute (19) into position. Lock arch chute (19) into position by raising tab (23) .
Repeat Steps 13.a through 13.c for the other retarding contactor.

Install panel (18) .
Use the following steps in order to install the bulk capacitor:

In case of damage, install connectors (16) and (17) . Use Tooling (A) in order to remove the cables from the connectors.

Install bulk capacitor (15) and install bolts (13) . Refer to Table 2 for the correct torque. Repeat for the other capacitor assembly.
Connect harness assembly (14) .

Use the following steps in order to install the interface module:

Position interface module (10) and install bolts (9) .
Connect fiber optic cable assemblies (7) .
Push connector (11) and turn connector (11) clockwise in order to install connector (11) .
Connect harness assembly (8) .
Connect ground strap (6) .
Repeat Step 15.a through Step 15.e for the remaining interface module.
