The 452-9595 Radiator Gp is experiencing coolant leakage around the radiator gaskets on XQC1600 power modules.Solution

(1) Center brace
Remove center braces (1) to access fastening hardware.

Tighten all radiator M8 nuts on the radiator to 41 7 N m (30 5 lb ft) using the sequence shown in Illustration 2 (start at center and work outwards). Use a back-up wrench. Tighten nuts while radiator core is in a vertical position.Note: It is only required to tighten M8 nuts where gaskets are used in the joint.
