Note: Refer to Special Instruction, REHS1841, "General Welding Procedures" prior to performing any welding.Note: Remove all paint, dirt, oil, debris, or other contaminants from the area to be welded prior to completing any welding.
Tack weld to bracket assemblies (1) on the body and canopy assembly.
Use an 8 mm (0.315 inch) all around fillet weld to secure bracket assemblies (1) to the frame.Note: All finish welds must be inspected for any defects. Note: Refer to Special Instruction, REHS1841, "General Welding Procedures" for inspection instructions.
Reinstall any hardware or machine components that were removed in Step 1.
As needed, repaint the areas.
Install the warning films. Refer to ""Warning Films"" for additional information.Dual Slope Body

Locate five bracket assemblies (1) onto the bottom of the body and canopy assembly. Refer to the correct Illustrations above and Table 3 for the locations.As needed, remove and retain any hardware or machine components that may interfere with welding on the body and canopy assembly.Note: Ensure that bracket assemblies (1) are oriented as shown in the above Illustrations.
