3. Remove clamp (4) and exhaust tube (1).4. Remove clamp (3). Remove two bolts (5), the four washer and two nuts from the muffler clamp assemblies.5. Slide muffler (6) downward to remove it from tube assembly (2); then slide it out of the muffler clamp assemblies. 6. Loosen clamp (8). Disconnect hose assembly (7) from hose (9).7. Loosen clamp (10) and clamp (12). Remove hose (9).8. Remove heat shield plate assembly (11). 9. Remove clamp (15). Disconnect exhaust pipe assembly (14) from the turbocharger.10. Remove two bolts (16), the washers and nuts that hold the exhaust pipe assembly to the mounting bracket.11. Remove exhaust pipe assembly (14) and tube assembly (13) as a unit. 12. Remove four socket head bolts (17). Separate exhaust pipe assembly (14) from tube assembly (13). The following steps are for the installation of the muffler group.13. Check the condition of all parts of the muffler group for wear or damage. If any of the parts are worn or damaged, use new parts for replacement.14. Connect tube assembly (13) to exhaust pipe assembly (14) with four socket head bolts (17).15. Put the tube assembly and the exhaust pipe assembly, as a unit, in position in the machine. Connect exhaust pipe assembly (14) to the turbocharger with clamp (15). Install two bolts (16), the washers and nuts that hold the tube assembly to the mounting bracket.16. Install heat shield plate assembly (11).17. Connect hose assembly (7) to hose assembly (9) with clamp (8).18. Put muffler (6) in position in the two muffler clamp assemblies. Connect the muffler to tube assembly (2). Install two bolts (5), the four washer and two nuts that hold the muffler in the muffler clamp assemblies. Install clamp (3).19. Put exhaust tube (1) in position on the muffler. Install clamp (4) that holds the exhaust tube in position.
