Remove bolts (17), the washers, and strip (18) on each side of radiator guard (14). Remove bolts (19), the washers, and shield assembly (20) on each side of the radiator guard.

Tilt the radiator guard and radiator (14). Remove bolts (21), the washers, and fan assembly (22) from the fan adapter.Tilt Back

Install Tooling (A). Use straps and a suitable lifting device to support the radiator guard and radiator (14) .

Install bolts (21), the washers, and fan assembly (22). Tilt back the radiator guard and radiator (14) .

Install bolts (19), the washers, and shield assembly (20) on each side of the radiator guard. Install bolts (17), the washers, and strip (18) on each side of radiator (14) .

Install pin (16). Install bolts (15), the nut, and the washer.

Install track shoe grouser (13) on each side of the machine. Install four bolts (12) .

Install hose (10) to the radiator. Tighten clamp (11) .

Install elbow (7) in hose (8). Tighten clamp (9) .

Install hose (6) and tighten clamp (5). Install hose (3) and tighten clamp (4) .

Connect electrical connector (2) on the left side of the machine. Install cable strap (1) .
Fill the cooling system. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, SEBU7160, "Cooling System Level - Check" for the correct procedure.End By:
Install the engine side guards. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Engine Side Guards - Remove and Install" for the machine that is being serviced.
Install the fan guard. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Fan Guard - Remove and Install" for the machine that is being serviced.
Install the hood and the dust ejector. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Hood and Dust Ejector - Remove and Install" for the machine that is being serviced.
