Care must be taken to ensure that fluids are contained during performance of inspection, maintenance, testing, adjusting and repair of the product. Be prepared to collect the fluid with suitable containers before opening any compartment or disassembling any component containing fluids.Refer to Special Publication, NENG2500, "Caterpillar Dealer Service Tool Catalog" for tools and supplies suitable to collect and contain fluids on Caterpillar products.Dispose of all fluids according to local regulations and mandates.

Attach Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device to radiator assembly (1). The weight of radiator assembly (1) is approximately 36 kg (80 lb).
Use Tooling (A) and the suitable lifting device in order to position radiator assembly (1) to the refrigerant condenser, the hydraulic oil cooler and transmission oil cooler (3). Install bolts (2) .End By: Install the radiator, the refrigerant condenser, the hydraulic oil cooler and the transmission oil cooler as one unit. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Radiator, Refrig Condenser, and Hyd and TMSN Oil Cooler - Install".
