(1) Line (2) Cab tilt control switchThe cab tilt pump is located in the left rear compartment door.
Make sure that the cab tilt cylinder is fully retracted.
Disconnect line (1) from the valve.
Install a suitable drain line onto this valve.
Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Capacities (Refill)" for the correct size of container that is needed to contain the hydraulic oil. Place the open end of the drain line into a suitable container, and push cab tilt control switch (2) in order to operate the machine.
When the volume of oil that is flowing from the drain begins to decrease, release cab tilt control switch (2) .

(3) Screws. (4) Reservoir. (5) Screen.
Remove six screws (3) .
Slide reservoir (4) away from the pump.
Remove screen (5) .
Wash the screen in a clean nonflammable solvent and allow the screen to dry. Inspect the screen and replace the screen if the screen is damaged.
Reinstall screen (5) and reinstall reservoir (4) by using the six screws that were removed previously.
Reinstall line (1). Make sure that the fittings are slightly loose. This will allow air to escape.
Refill the reservoir with oil until the level is 12 mm (0.5 inch) from the top surface of the reservoir.
Momentarily push cab tilt control switch (2) in order to operate the pump. Release cab tilt control switch (2). Observe the oil that is flowing from the loose fitting in line (1) .
Repeat the previous step until no air is visible in the oil that is flowing from the loose fitting.
Check the oil level in the reservoir. Add oil if it is necessary.
Tighten the fitting in line (1) .
Check line (1) for leaks.
