Open the hole on the plastic generator box cover (V) on the generator output shaft side.

(1) 372-2814 Washer
Install washer (1) on the 90 Degrees connector (U).

Pass the free hand of harness assembly through the hole of the generator box cover (V).

Secure 90 degrees connector (U) with the proper nut on cover (V).Note: Orient the harness 90 degrees connector (U) about angle (X) respect to vertical towards the front side of the machine to facilitate the harness routing to match the cut of the frame.

Connect harness assembly to the terminals in the generator terminal board as per Illustration 14 and Illustration 15.Note: Tighten terminal nuts to 8 1 N m (71 9 lb in).

(AA) 110C2 wire (White)
(AB) Position for 110V
Remove the existing wire from the generator (generator wire 2) (Z) from the position 110V (AB) and install 110C2 wire (white) (AA).
Connect the removed wire terminal (generator wire 2) with 110C1 wire (white).
Secure the white wires with existing generator wiring using five cable straps (3).

Close the two covers of the generator box.
Install the generator on the supports with all the necessary adjustments.
