Connect Tool (B2) and Tool (B3) to Tool (B1). Connect Tool (B2) to the USB port on Tool (A).Test Preparation
Drive the machine to a smooth, horizontal surface. Verify that the area is free of obstructions and that the machine can fully articulate left and right without physical interference.

Move propel lever (1) to the NEUTRAL position.
Move parking brake switch (2) to the ON position.
Place the engine in ECO mode or in low idle.

Select "Main Menu" (3) on the machine display.
Select "Machine Setup" (4).

Select "ECO" (7) or "Low" (6).Note: Shutting down the engine in high idle may damage engine components

Move engine start switch (8) to the OFF position.

Remove the cap from diagnostic port (9) and connect Tool (B3) to the diagnostic port.Test Procedure
Move engine start switch (8) to the START position. Release the switch when the engine starts.
Operate the engine at low idle for a few minutes then, place the engine in high idle.

Monitor hydraulic oil temperature (10) on the operator display . Operate the machine until the oil temperature reaches the test temperature given in the "Specifications" section.
Place the engine in ECO mode or in low idle.
Launch the Plus+1TM program on the computer to enable the vibe test mode.Note: Perform the tasks in the Communication and Connections Wizard when using the program for the first time. This wizard allows the Windows® operating system to recognize the USB device. Follow the on-screen instructions.

Click "Calibrations" icon (11).
Check "Active Codes" (15). Clear any open "Active Codes".
Click "Steering Sensors" (12).
Click "Front" (13) to set the steering. Click "Start" (14) when ready.

Read and understand the safety requirements outlined on the warning page. Click "OK" icon (16).

Follow the steps on the Plus+1TM program to calibrate the steering position sensor.
Move parking brake switch (2) to the OFF position.
Verify that the engine is running and propel lever (1) is in the NEUTRAL position.
Verify that there are no "Level 2" or "Level 3" Faults. Clear these faults prior to proceeding.
When all prerequisite conditions are satisfied, click "Next" icon (17).Note: The machine will articulate during the following step.

Verify that the area around the machine is clear of personnel and any crush hazards. When ready, click "Activate" icon (18).

Click "Next" icon (19) to finish the calibration.Note: Clicking the "Activate" icon (20) will repeat the calibration procedure.
Move parking brake switch (2) to the ON position.
Place the engine in low idle.
Move engine start switch (8) to the OFF position.
Remove tooling from diagnostic connector (9).
